Total TV DVD/Memory Lane DVD

Placed on-line order with Total TV DVD for boxed set of the Muppet Show on Dec. 14th using Visa. Visa bill shows $67.66 Canadian funds being taken out on Dec. 19th under Memory Lane DVD, Los Angeles, not under Total TV. It is now Jan. 6th & nothing has arrived. Sent e-mail yesterday to Total TV. Should have realized that when there is no phone number listed as a contact on the website that something is fishy. Not that I want the DVD's now as it seems there is piracy involved here. A lesson learned to really look at a website first.
