Unauthorized billing

I joined classmates.com before memory lane became involved. Memory lane told me after they had taken out the $39.00 everyone was set up for auto renewal. I didn't set up classmates.com that way. I feel what they are doing is not legal. They gave no notice at all of taking money out of my bank.
