They called me wanting to know if I needed insurance. Don't know how they got my number. I said I already had insurance but just had a rate increase and might be interested in getting a quote from them. Star quoted me the benefits which sounded like what I already had but with Delta Dental insurance benefits included. So, I told her to sign me up. Big mistake. When I received my packet, it was not what I signed up for and is not even worth the paper it is written on. So, I called and cancelled and they said I had to write a letter and send back the packet. After receiving they would refund my monies into my checking account. Since they have lied from the beginning, I really don't trust them on this either. Never, never sign up with this company.
