I purchased a custom chandelier from this website on 11/26 with a promised ETA of 6-8 weeks. I made a $2,500 deposit up front as requested. At time of delivery WeGotLites told me the shipping container was delayed. Another 4 weeks later they stated the fixture arrived damaged and had to order another one. I repeatedly asked for my money but they stated I couldn't cancel. On 9/16 I was told my item finally arrived and deposited the final payment of $1,250. My item then didn't ship for another 3 weeks and to my surprise I received a phone call from a man who didn't speak english telling me that he had a car accident upon delivery and broke my fixture. The company promised me another fixture right away. I finally received a fixture 10/21. When I received the item it was broken in half, WITH NO CRYSTALS! They said that FedEx must of broken it and made me wait another 6 weeks to receive A PARTIAL refund because that's all FedEx would cover. I'm extremely disappointed and feel betrayed by this disloyal company. On top of that grief upon trying to report them I discovered their not even a dealer for Swarovski Crystals and the crystals they were going to send where chinese cheap crystal. They even had the nerve to give me an up charge on the order for the higher quality crystal. When I told the company I was getting a lawyer Brian Goldstein, the owner, threatened that FedEx would sue me!!! The reason I was given because they lied on the amount of the insurance to get me my money back so I report WeGotLites they said I would just get myself in trouble with FedEx and have to give MY MONEY back. Money I paid for something and waited almost an entire year and never received!
