I ordered two RC tanks from them, and one came with a broken/defective crystal. I called repeatedly, sent many (10) e-mails, faxed a letter to them (20), and NEVER received a reply. If you purchase an item from them with problems, you are out of luck. The three times I was able to reach them by phone they promised to send out new crystals. Guess what? That was June, it's Nov. Now, and no crystals! Why would anyone do business like this? Watch out for these rip off artists...
