Please cancel my account with Consumer Cellular. After talking with one of your representatives they said they would switch me from tracfone to consumer cellular through AARP. This was at least three weeks ago. After spending 30 minutes trying to get a representative on the phone, I hung up thinking I would never really get someone on the line. I want to package up my phone, car phone adapter and send it back to the company. Please do not cancel my tracfone number. I thought that through AARP this plan would fit my situtation. Also please credit my account AARP Chase Account.
