Send them my company phone back two times maybe three. However they have sent me back telephones that wouldn't even go on. I understand there policy but i' asking to be refunded the 100.00 dollars deductible they want me to send them the telephone and they will refund the 100.00 however i origanally paid 400.00 for this blackberry. 347 723-2477 or they want me to purchase another 400.00 dollar phone and reimburst me. I do not want another tele. Due to all the damaged phones i get from them i only want to be reimburst the 100.00 dollar deductile. Due to this is a company and telephones are important to us. Company name is cove recovery and towing inc. If you can't help then i'll try something like shame on you. Or anyone from the media.
