Ordered a dvd and was promised 3-5 day delivery. I had forgot I ordered this because of the holiday rush. When I looked through my online orders weeks later, I came across this order and realized it wasn't shipped. I phoned this number on Dec. 29th and got a live person. He asked me for my name, order date and conf#. He stated that due to the holiday someone might not get back to me until the day after New Years. I still haven't heard back. Now I'm calling and still can't get through. I intend to do everything I can to make sure these people are stopped on ripping me and others off. I will not make them get away with stealing my hard earned money. Do not keep these people in business and NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. One big scam!
