Like others posting here I just wanted one vin report for $2.95 on 12/26 but got charged for 29.95 monthly subscription on 12/28 (not even a three day trial period as they state). Spent alot of time on the phone trying to cancel but would just get cut off inexplicably after several minutes of holding without anyone answering. Finally when someone answered he could not speak English very well. I requested to speak to a supervisor when he refused to reverse the $29.95 charge from this scam and of course there was no supervisor. I was told that a cancellation confirmation for future charges would be emailed to me but I have received nothing. Cancelled my credit card as a precautionary measure and will file a fraud report with my bank. Beware!
