Fox Ridge Estates
Has dishonest Management. It's an unsafe complex. Rip-off!

Fox Ridge Estates lies!!! If you are living here or are planning on signing a lease don't!!! I asked if this was a section 8 funded community and was assured that it wasn't, I later found out that I had been lie to. I also asked if there was a lot of police calls to the comples and was told that there had only been two in the past year. Later I found out that there had been an AVERAGE of 5 calls per month related to violence and drug abuse.

These apartments are filthy in the hallways, I have complained several times to managment about things that need fixing and nothing has been done. The apartments also have terrible ventilation and are vey outdated! We received a new air conditioner that barely cools our living room where it is located. There is constant rap music blarring.

I had my car hit, my truck vandalized and several items stolen out of my garage, I even came home one night to find a 13 yr old kid in my garage trying to steal my stuff! I told the management and the kids mom had him apologize to management but nothing was said to me.
