Some of the worst customer service I have received, period. I had to wait on the phone for 30 minutes before talking to a person. I ordered a laptop drive and an external case, I needed to get it by Friday. I ordered it on Wednesday at 7pm. When I ordered, my UPS tracking number said it would be delivered on Friday by the end of the day.

Suddenly it changed, to 3 days later or "1 Business day." I can't stand that term, "Business day" I run my own business, and it calls for 7 days a week of customer service. I called NewEgg to see if there was anything they could do. They were very casual about saying "sorry, nothing we can do." I told them I wanted to cancel, they weren't about asking how they could improve this situation or any questions of how they could prevent this cancellation/losing a customer. They simply did not care.

I had them cancel the shipment, I will be waiting over a week to get my money back. I would rather do that than to deal with a company that does not seem to care if it loses a customer due to poor service. I will gladly wait for a refund, and spend $30-$50 more locally than to deal with NewEgg.com again.
