I first purchased a phone from them in September. The speaker phone on this refurbished phone did not work and so I sent it back. They seemed really nice with this transaction. The next phone that was sent to me however, was reported lost or stolen, and Verizon would not activate the phone for me. I told them I wanted to send the phone back and they said they would send me a refund before I sent the phone back, since it was the second occurrence. They never sent me a refund and waited to respond to any email until after the 30 day warantee was up. They then used that as a reason to not refund my money. Ridiculous. Don't buy from them.
