I purchased a phone from Bid Allies through ebay 2 months ago and it seem perfectly fine. 2 weeks ago, my phone was acting strange and it was not charging. I contacted Bid Allies and they said that it was nothing that they can do but contact a warranty place. I asked for my money back, same thing: nothing they can do. Please avoid buying from a place that cannot resolve your issues. Even if you have warranty, they should at least help you with the issue! Thanks for nothing Bid Allies, you don't have to worry about me purchasing from you!
