Sold Bad Phone on Ebay - Still Trying to Get Refund

The phone didn't work. They took forever to respond finally did when I opened up an Ebay complaint case they got back to me. I paid $14 to Fed Ex them the phone back after I got an RMA number and they were not open at an 11 am on a Friday when Fed Ex tried to deliver. They finally responded their hours were 9-5 (lie). It was redelivered monday and still no refund, they take forever to respond.in my entire life using ebay, this has been the biggest nightmare and these guys are the worst. Do not buy from them and save yourself a headache. Hopefully I will get my money back.
