I was offered a trial for the shipping cost only for their two products. I accepted this offer 11 days ago. There is now the above amount taken out of my bank account without my approval. I have read on other complaints that there is a 10 day cooling off period but you don't even know that you are bound until the 11th day. I was sure I was thorough and even sent an email to this company assuring that I was not interested in any ongoing shipments until I gave the go ahead, in case I got trapped into bi or tri-monthly shipments. I cannot afford this amount X 2 every couple of months and am desperate to have it stopped and get a refund. I would appreciate your help. Thanks
