I heard about the perfect radiance serum and heard good reviews. I decided to buy the trial offer for £2.95. I didnt think much of the product, and thought that would be the end of it.
Yesterday evening i checked my online bank statement and couldn't believe that £74.95 had been taken out of my account September 26th. I looked online for a telephone number and an email address of perfect radiance serum.
The phone number was a fake and when i tried to send an email it failed continuously.
I called my bank straight away explained my situation. My bank is going to investigate and im told that i will be refunded as i had not agreed or set up an account with this company.
Whilst i was on the phone to the lady at the bank she told me the the perfect radiance had in fact to my horror just taken a second amount from my account totalling £149.95
It is a great inconvenience to me as i now to had to change all my bank details (of which i have had for more than 17 years) which will take 7 to 10 working days.
So please beware... Do not try the trial offer.
I am usually very careful and wary of these scams but i was suckered... Dont let it happen to you.
