Refused to allow me to return defective product

I brought a pack of condoms because my girlfriend and I wanted to play rock the castle. They came in a pack of ten. I used one of them, the first six times it worked properly. However the seventh time it ripped. Then my girlfriend started missing her periods. I took the condom back (the defective one) along with the others and asked for a refund and a gift card that would feed our future child. They not only refused to give me a refund for the defective condom (I used it less than ten times) but they refused to give me gift cards to spend on my unplanned child until he graduated college. Needless to say they lady who I deal with was rude and told me she would not touch the used condom with a ten foot pole. Well they may come in some use in the future, that is the good side of the story. I can always use them as balloons for our future child's birthday party, because they stink in being useful for what they are used for.
