Good day! I am writing this email to complain or report a business in
China. I ordered online to this website, www.richcargo.com, i paid
$548 for electronics 3 weeks ago and until now my product is not here
yet. They sent me email saying that my product is on hold at China
Customs and they will not send it untill i pay $268 for taxes. I
emailed US Customs about it and they said im not supposed to pay taxes
there in China, im supposed to pay it here in United States.US
Customs told me to contact China Embassy about it. They said also not
to send money anymore because its a scam. This business wont give my
money back. If i cant have my product atleast just give me my money
back. Can you please help me on this. I will really appreciate it. I
will wait for your reply.
