They took $1625 from me and will not send product ordered

Before I ordered the products from www.beatefirm.com I asked if there were any other costs involved because of coming from china. They did assure me that there was none. After sending the order and sending money they said that their carriers did not work on Saturday and I would have a shipping number on Monday.

Monday comes and they email me that there are new laws in China customs and there is a tax of $810 that I need to send to them within 3 days or the customs dept will auction off my items. I have already paid $1625 fort product and now they want an additional $810

After speaking to them on their website www.bestefim.com said that the tax was not their problem and I would not receive a refund or my product unless I paid the $810 in custom taxes They quoted me no additional fees and now they want me to pay the extra for the package to ship. Bad customer service and they stole $1625 from me without receiving any products.
