I ordered 2 pairs of ugg boots on 24/11 from a site which I thought it was English in order to avoid any extra costs due to customs clearance. Two days later I received an e-mail from a chinese company ("stores online") which was informing me that the money had been withdrawn from my account. I tried to contact them in order to find out what the extra cost would be but they never replied to me. I finally got the boots 3 weeks later (I only paid $4.00 more because they sent the order through ordinary mail) but both of them ended up in the trash since the soles were detached from the rest of the shoe just after wearing them for 1 week.
