I ordered 3 pairs of Ugg Boots on Wednesday, November 23 and got 3 pairs stuffed in 2 boxes that were knock offs. They claimed the boots are Uggs but they don't feel, look or fit like my other two pairs of boots. I ordered them from Australia and received them from China. They were Xmas surprises for my grandchildren and I won't give them pretend Ugg boots. I want my money back and don't know who to contact. The website you are supposed to go to if you are disatisfied is written in Chinese. What a rip off. Where do I go from here?
