Miscellaneous

I contacted watchbrokers.com in Sept. To have them sell my Breitling Navitimer World, Stainless steel / blue face mens watch. My sales person was a Mr. Albert Gentilini. Who helped me out and contacted me, explaining to me the whole process of how this business works and or how they and I am to get paid from the sale of my watch. I was later pushed to Eric Toso, who I have unfortunately found is one of the more popular/un-popular names in most of the complaints with this company. I started to work souly with Mr. Toso, from 19 Sept till present. On 12 October he sent me an email describing the payment process and that was on or about the same time I here'd from him to tell me that my watch sold for $3,000. I was also told that from that point it would usually be 45 business days till I receive a payment less 25% of the sale of the timepiece. My watch was in an honest great condition. Any how last week I heard from Eric in regards to when I should be getting payed and he told me to call the Accounts Payable department, and find out when because he has nothing to do with the final payment to the seller. I Have sent the AP department of watchbrokers.com a mean email on December 23.insisting that i hear from them as to when i should expect my money. I have heard nothing yet. I called Mr. Toso again today and left a message for him to encourage the AP department to get back in touch with me as soon as they can. No word still.
I am a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army, a flight medic, assigned to C. 6-101 AVN Regt, 101st Airborne Div (Air Assault), in Ft. Campbell, Ky. I have deployed 3 times to date for my country to both Iraq and Afghanistan. I had the amazing opportunity to save maybe one or more lives that are close to anyone of the scam victims of this company. I am completely sickened by this fraudulent company. I bought myself this watch after one of those deployments, I am unfortunately in need of this money to help some family out that are really in need. This company or at very least these criminals who I have worked with know very well that I am a service member. Which makes me even more sick. I need my little bit of money that is owed to me. I hope I get it but if not at very least I hope that they are stopped so that no one else gets ripped off. Especially one of my fellow comrades or country men and women. Thank you for this forum.
