I saw the debit of $99.49 from my bank statement. I made complaint to the bank. I was given the phone number 1-818-380-5710. I call on the 08/19, and spoke to a gentlemen and I have no idea for what I am being charged for demanded the return of the funds taken from my account immediately or I will file a complain at my bank. He said it would be refunded;but it be on 01/18. I started calling the number on 12/27. And the answering service repeat all day saying: Thanks for calling your customer service, our office hours are from 8: am to 5Pm, Monday through Friday, leave your name and number and we will get back in touch with you in 24 hours. I haven't heard nothing from them.
