I was also victimized for small charge and called my bank ally bank and they wanted me to get new card, bad timing for holiday shopping season. Can't wait for my card over a week in snail mail. Ally bank is great in refunding all of your fees, but terrible in not reimbursing me my $4.95 because i don't want to get new card. I worked for good old Bank of America Bank Crooks for 4 years of my life and saw tons of skimming, charges. At least they were able to stop your charges by performing a stop payment on recurring debit charge and you were able to keep debit card. I used my debit on amazon.com a week or so prior, and beleive that's where my card was compromised. Anyway, hope this helps - i'm going to file with BBB complaint, and call amazon as well!
