My husband and I purchased bids in the summer of 2011. We partipated in auctions in which we "won" several items. The items were never sent. When we have tried in the past to contact them they do not respond. When I attempted to contact them yesterday it appears that they have been closed down. I want my money back! We still have 35 bids left also! Can you help us?
