I joined as well as my husband, Grandparents, parents and aunt. We bought bids and never got the items. We sent them emails and they would promise to send the items. I have items dating back to April and still have not got them, as well as my family has not got theirs. We asked for Amazon gift card exchange they would not give them to us. The last email I sent them they told me they were under investigation and to contact my bank for a full refund of the money spent to our credit cards, well it has been since April so they would not refund the money. We are out what we spent on bids and the wins we did not get.
