Wakemate customer service never available, never received the product, never respond to email, no phone numbe

On the August 29, I found this really great product that can be connected to my phone via bluetooth, and wakes me up at the time when i am mostly awake. Thus, i ordered it on that day.
When i was processing the order, it asked me for the shipping options. I was not in a rush so i was going to choose the cheapest, and the slowest one. However, on the bottom, it told me that if i choose that, then the product will take forever to get to the destination. So, i changed my mind, and changed the option to the 3-5 business day.
After i ordered, i received a confirmation email. It said, i will soon receive an email about tracking information, and etc within 48 hours. So i waited and nothing came. I thought the system went wrong or something, so i just decided to wait 3-5 days for the product to arrive.
A week later, nothing has arrived. I contacted the Wakemate via email, (they did not mention their phone number on their website. Even the "live chat" that they have is never working.) and told them that i still haven't receive any product or email from you guys.
No one replied back. So few days later, i decided to email the co-founder which his email was available on the website. I wrote how i am getting upset because of all these. I just told him that all i want is my product to arrive on time.
No one replied back. Now i am upset. And i want to get connected with Wakemate and ask them what's going on. They took my money, and no one ever replies back. It already has passed 10 days after i ordered, but still, nothing.
