I recently purchased a purse for my mother from this website for christmas. I was thrilled to see that the price was only $64.00 and immediately ordered it intending for it to arrive by christmas. I placed my order and received the confirmation on 12/13. The confirmation email consisted of only receipt information which included a $12 shipping charge plus tax. I found it odd that no tracking number was listed and i received no later emails from the website saying that the item had actually been shipped. It is now 12/26, still have received no emails and no package. And to top it all off, the website will not load. Help!!
