A young man and a woman said to be his sister came to my apartment in Chattanooga. I did not want to buy the magazines but they kept insisting it was for the soldiers. They also told me they counld not cash my checks with out my approval. They told me someone would be calling me to get approval. This never happened. I am a student at UTC and I do not have the funds to give to this scam.
