Ripoff

I am writing this complaint to inform anyone who buys magazines from Circulation II Inc. That it is a scam. I was told I could get my money back if I canceled it the day after I paid for my subscriptions. The internet site that they provided was a fake.

I was also told I could recieve 25% off my text books, and it could be tax deductible. This is all fake. I am a college student and don't have a lot of money as it is. I Though I was helping another college student help pay for his tuition and book fees but was scammed out of $80.00.

Beware of anyone trying to sell you magazines for points to go to Europe or to help pay for their schooling. It is all a scam.
