I received a letter from ANC stating that I won the $2,000, 000 from the Publishing Clearing House. I submitted a check for $11.89. On Thursday, December 24 I received another letter from ANC stating that in order for me to get the price of $2,000, 000 I need to submit another check for $11.89.
This did not sound right, so I went on the internet to do my research only to find out that it is a scam.
The name of the person who signed the letter is William Mc Pherson.
