Three letters were sent to me stating I would receive 66,667 per year or a lump sum check of 1,320, 000 from Award Notification Commission of Kansas. There was a mandatory fee required for 11.89. I thought this was true because I signed for the Publisher's Clearing House winnings. I sent the fee twice. Then received a third letter asking to send 13.89. Days later I received another letter to send a mandatory fee of 11.89 again! Thats when I knew this had to be a rip off.
