I got this Letter & was very excited to think that I had won Publishers Clearing House since I do fill out those forms. The Award Notifications Commission Form #W098 is set up to look very much like an Official Document to look like you are a Winner of Publishers Clearing House. When I told my Husband that I had Won, he looked the letter up to find out how official it was & came across this site. When my Husband showed me that it was a Scam I was very Sad at how naive I was to trust in this bogus Winning letter. However, I'm relieved & Grateful in all the good people in the World that have been posting about this Scam as this Site has prevented me from losing $11.89. Much Thanks from New York
