Their address on collection letter listed as 4000 East Fifth Ave., Columbus, OH 43219 and on submission slip as P.O. Box 9205 Old Beth Page, NY 11804. Communication address listed as P.O. Box 4945 trenton, NJ 078650. I would advise to never subscribe to Saltwater Angler or afilates in as much as they appear to keep the wrong type of company...
