This company made an unauthorized ACH withdrawal form my BOA checking account. I tried contacting a CSR for the company at the number provided by my bank and they (PMS) re-route callers to a voicemail urging them to leave a message because they are so busy. This strategy to commit fraud is very similiar to how they operate via their website instructing those who are seeking to contact them to do so via email. Also, why is there not an option to disupte charges (unauthorized or otherwise) via their website? THIS IS DEFINITLEY A SCAM!!! File a claim with your bank!
