NMRC promised to modify our first and second mortgages. They required payment to begin processing and bring the loans current. They took the money and never provided any services. A few days before our house went up for auction we were able to pull money from our 401K and save the house. NMRC would not return our calls, even when we called them. All numbers seem to be disconnected now. I'm wondering if there is a way to get our money back.
