Eplied to ad in paper for mortgages for those with not so good credit ratings. Called their number and was qualified for a mortgage up to 60000. We told them the address of the property we were interested in and they contacted a local realer to negotiate the selling price. I submited a fee of 5000 and signed a document to begin the process. The fee was said to be refundable minus 350.00. When we got to the closing process they had the realter send all forms to their lawyer for review. At this point we lost contact with them. The phone was suddenly out of service. Our realtors cant contact them either now we are trying to switch lenders tto save the house but im not sure it already to late to save
