Can not get information to try to save my house not willing to work with me

I have been trying to save my house for months i have sent the money to catch up to be told i am in forclosure and they sent the money back and are not willing to accept any payments or modify my loan they just want my house. I still have not recieved any notices on the matter or any letter on how to fix the problem.
