Snail mail Quote: they do not guarantee delivery - I guarantee they lose the mail

As a result of paying the USPS extra for tracking some packages, it is painfully obvious the USPS Nandino Distribution/Sorting Center in Lexington, Kentucky frequently loses mail within the confines of one rather small building. I cannot begin to tell you the idiotic excuses I have gotten from the distribution center representatives. There is an obvious lack of motivation to do a good job. I hope this is one of the facilities the USPS closes in 2012.
