Deceptive, Scam, Fraud, online ordering, then company does not deliver Internet

I placed an order and have yet to receive anything. I opened a support ticket that went ignored for over a month and a half, then randomly someone said they would get back to me within 48 hours. Over two months later and have not gotten a single reply or refund. Opened another ticket and am not surprised that I have received no response.
Finally I decided to call the number they have listed. It alternates between messages that make you think you've gotten the wrong number and once line was disconected. Obviously there is no validity to this site whatsoever. My guess is that the one favorable review is the owner trying to make it seem like everyone else had bad luck. While I dont expect anything to come of it, I've filed a claim with the BBB. Fraud. Ther are Multiple claims with the Better Business Bureau of the same activity from this company
