Rush Industries, Inc
Deceptive Mailorder Practice

During the month of May, I ordered two veteran service ball caps. On June 11, my check was cashed. I allowed the usual four to six weeks for delivery but became worried and suspicious when I did not receive the order by mid-July.
Their website is a joke. I queried the status of my account and received a return e-mail advising me that "A Support Ticket Opened" on July 28. I responded three times to that support ticket but received not one response on any of those occasions. I feel the support ticket process is simply a veiled attempt to appease the customer who has a complaint without actually having to act upon it.
I penned a letter on April 16, but have not received a response (perhaps it is too early to expect one). As a retired, disabled veteran I am a member of virtually every veteran's organization; I fully intend to notify all the publishers of their magazines/newsletters of the deceptive practices of Rush Industries, Inc.
Their company name certainly does not reflect their service.
