First of all they only scammed me for 2.95 no some large amount thank goodness. But its the principal of the thing. I ordered their Detox product in september "Get this trial size for only shipping and if you decide to continue do nothing and we will bill you xxx amount if not call within 14 days and cancel" On the 10th day I called and told them to CANCEL and at that time I explained to the lady on the phone that I noticed that on my order information that it had the wrong 2 letters for the state it said RI. Not OR. Would that be a problem she assured me that AS LONG AS THE ZIP CODE WAS CORRECT that it would not be a problem. All seemed well and good, so now just wait for my order to arrive. 4 wks go by 8 wks.
10 wks, 12wks. So I call that wonderful 888 number and I ask where is my order??? This lady tells me IT WAS UNDELIVERABLE
she did not no why but not to worry she will just refund my 2.95 I said fine and hung up. Now I wait for that to happen, 4 wks was long enough so I called the 888 number and get a stupid recording that none of their customer service are presently available then it hangs up on you. So I did the e-mail route like it says and I actually got a response from some woman named LYNETTE PRICE
and she informed me that it was all my fault I didnt receive my order and that I needed to figure out where I lived and then learn how to tpye it and that since they had spent the money to send it to me they were giving me nothing back. I e-mailed her back and reminded her the ad stated MONEY BACK GUARANTEED and suggested she look into some customer service classes. Its been 5 days now and no response back.
