I wanted to order 2 sliceomatics for my daughters in Australia. I got to the point in the order showing the delivery dates. Too long. I decided not to buy. I X'ed the page without cinfirmation of the order. That was Dec. 12th. They took $33.97 out of my account on the 19th of Dec.
I called and was told the order had been shipped without any confirmation of my placing the order. I said I wanted my money back TODAY. Was told I would have to get a bunch of numbers to return them and when the order arrived to return it. I said I would send it back unopened. And if my money was not back in my account today I will file a complaint with the BBB as well as the FTC tomorrow for wire fraud. And with the local police as a scam.
Every one should contact the BBB about their actions. And the FTC. Send a complaint to the bbb. Thats what they do
