I was going to order one set of the slice o matic product which was advertised at $19.99 & one free. Today I checked my checking account and there are 2 charges each in the amount of $60.95.

I called the company and was told it was too late to cancel the order and would only be refunded $39.98 so I would be better to keep the products when they arrive.

I now demanded to speak with a manager who has assured me if I return the items unopened and write the 2 RMA #'s she gave me that I would be credited for the 2 charges each of $60.95. I don't know who to believe at this point - first person I spoke with or the "specialist". Only time will tell but I am certainly going to send it back as #1, I never got to screen to confirm my order. Secondaly, they sent me all these extra products in addition.

I will never ever order from them again.
