I purchased a premium account on vimeo.com to post a video and somehow these guys got me for about $400. I caught it while the funds were still on hold and the bank told me there is nothing they can do about it until the funds actually go through and they have my money. He explained it as you can't blame a thief for stealing until they have actually stolen. VERY frustrating.
