I checked my online banking and noticed a hold on funds for $218.11 to SNCF Internet. I didn't recognize the charge, so I phone Citizens Bank. They are AWFUL. Even though I caught this while it was still on hold, they were not willing to do a thing to stop it. Told me to sit back and enjoy being screwed. Merry Christmas!
