I heard about this offer on the radio... National grocery stimulus program call to get $1,000 in grocery certificates. I called and asked a lot of questions. I was told that I would get a card (like a charge card). When I got the package, I was disappointed to see that the package I bought was actually for online coupons. I called about a refund. They said to send the package back and I would get a refund. I sent it back. So now they are saying that they did not get the package and that I cannot get a refund. Has anyone actually gotten a refund?
