I attempted to apply for this 10,000 unsecured credit and was told that if I couldn't pay the initial fee then it would be reduced to $39.00 of which I can't recall the reason for the reduced amount. I was told that my card would be on its way immediately. I waited a week and received a second email stating this: Welcome to the FlexCard Program!
We would like to officially welcome you to the FlexCard Program family! We have received your application and payment for the FlexCard Card and we are pleased to let you know that your Flexcard Card will arrive via U.S. Mail in 10-14 business days.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact a customer service representative at 561-921-2600 between the hours of 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday.

They then responded stating: you are receiving this email to initiate deposit refund process. Please fill out the form below and we will process your refund promptly. This takes 5 business days to complete so don't delay. Welcome to the flexcard family and we apologize for the extended delay. Flexcard staff. Another notice from them stating: Linda, refund deposit failed. I responded in same telling them that I never received a card and this is their responce:

Do to circumstances beyond our control Flexcard currently is not accepting any new applications. We have sent all existing cards. If you are not fully satisfied please contact the number on the back of the CARD YOU USED FOR THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD FOR A FULL REFUND. Flexcard apologizes for the inconvenience and hopes you have a great holiday season. This responce was in my box as of today, 12/18. I then tried calling their number at 3;30 pm and the recording stated that the office is closed.
