Was pre-approved online, THEN happened upon this website. Attempted to login on their site, and was denied. Called one phone number and it asked for my ss# before it would let me continue. I hung up and tried another, reached a male, and simply stated "I was approved for a loan thru your company, but I would like to cancel my application..".. He said "Ok, thank you, its canceled, goodbye"...???!!! He never even asked who I was! When I pointed this out to him, he stammered and didnt know WHAT to say. At this point, I informed him that this conversation was being taped recorded and would be kept on file (and is!).. He THEN asked for my tel# number, confirmed who I was and claims its cancelled and along with my personal info..
