Ripoff, scam, did not authorize company to take money Internet

I filled out online a application for a payday loan and I was approved. I never signed nor went through with the loan due to the payback rate. The company called me and I told them I wasnt interrested anylonger, they said fine. Now I have noticed on 8-24 and 9-25 thus company deducting 21.95 from my checking account. I called the 888 number listed on 9-25 deduction. The lady was foriegn and didnt speak English well. She finally found my information and said I aothurized this deduction when I filled out my loan information. I told her no I didnt authorize this and I never would. I asked her to please cancel and credit back both 21.95 amounts. She said no she will not but will cancel this policy for me. I was very upset and asked to speak her supervisor she said no and then hung up on me.

I called back and I could hear several voices. I asked for this to be cancelled and she gave me a cancelation confirmation number. My concern I told her is this is a scam and I never authorized this nor went through with the loan. She said that it was my fault for not reading and being ignorant.
